Ingredients:

(For a singl serving)

2 Handfuls of blueberries 

4 large strawberries cut inti chunks 

If your fruit is unfrozen, toss in a handful of ice

1 1/2 cups of Almond Milk

2 Tablespoons of plain yogurt 

A handful of Spinach 

Sugar (to taste)

 

 

First frappe your ingredients in the blender then switch back and forth to liquify. Blend until you get your desired consistency!
